• Welcome to WISOBS.com

WISOBS, Incorporated is a small, disadvantaged service-disabled, veteran-owned business founded in 2004 as the result of requests for industry to perform low-cost, short turnaround engineering products and services to DoD customers in the Orlando, FL and Pataxent River, MD areas.

We specialize in engineering and program and project management.  Our other services include refresher training courses, graphic design, and video production.

  • About Us

WISOBS’ highly trained management staff will ensure esoteric and confidential resourcing requirements for customers will be thoroughly researched, evaluated, and indoctrinated in discretion and a “will do” work ethic.  Past forays into potential resourcing pools by management personnel have established the basis for any seminar or convention “role-playing”, entertaining and highly competitive games, and a willingness to fully complete any, funded efforts.

WISOBS is staffed with engineers, analysts and managers experienced in the support of Military and Government Service Operations.

WISOBS is headquartered in Saint Cloud, FL with daily operations in Orlando.

  • SEAPORT-E

  • Quality Assurance

The purpose of WISOBS’ Quality Assurance Program (QAP) is to ensure customer satisfaction and successful completion of each awarded Task Order.  Our QAP’s top objective is to ensure all of the customer’s requirements are met.  By working together to identify top customer priorities and objectively measuring and reporting our success against those priorities, we continually identify improvement opportunities while remaining focused on our customer priorities.

WISOBS’ SeaportE customers should expect the same Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction that WISOBS employees currently extend to our most valued clients.

When quality concerns are identified, action is immediately taken to ensure that responsible teams are assigned to the issue, and action is initiated to correct any deficiencies in order to prevent recurrence.

Informal corrective action is many-times taken as the preferred method of Quality Control.  This ensures positive, timely, and cost-effective measures are taken to prevent, minimize, or eliminate concerns before they become issues.  Even though this type of corrective action may not be formally documented, it is the first step to resolving either a potential or real problem at the lowest level possible.

Mechanisms for identifying the need for preventive action include our Process Improvement and Audit Program.  Our methods for preventive action include summary evaluation of existing processes, practices, audit results, and customer feedback.  Status of corrective and preventive actions are summarized and presented for program management review.

WISOBS’ Quality process is an integral offering for all services provided directly by WISOBS and our subcontractors.

WISOBS’ Programs Quality Manager will designate a Program Quality Engineer (QE) to implement and monitor the quality program.  The QAP point of contact is aaron@wisobs.com.
